He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California in Los Angeles and his medical degree at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. He completed an internship in transitional medicine at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California, and a residency in dermatology at the University of California at Davis. 

Dr. Quan finished his medical training with a fellowship in Mohs and dermatologic surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He maintains his credentials with continuing education to stay current with the latest advances in dermatology treatments. Dr. Quan has published many of his research studies in prestigious medical journals.

He’s a member of the American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery, Dermatological Society of Greater New York, New York State Society of Dermatology, and the Dermatological Society of New Jersey.

Dr. Quan is affiliated with Joan and Sanford I. Weill Medical College in New York City, New York Presbyterian Hospital, Passaic Beth Israel Hospital, and Passaic General Hospital.
