Even though our Westchester dermatology offices must remain closed and we are not offering any cosmetic procedures at this time, Dr. Bank is personally offering telemedicine appointments for existing and new patients. Here's how it works:
- Use this form to request your telemedicine appointment or call us at (914) 223-8056. We are answering the phone between 9 AM and 1 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
- Someone from our staff will call you to get relevant patient information and schedule your virtual appointment using your Skype number.
- Our staff will call to confirm your appointment time. Just make sure you're in a private, well-lit room with Skype active and Dr. Bank will call you at your appointed time.
- A telemedicine appointment requires a computer, tablet, or phone with Skype installed.
Note For Patients
Your virtual telemedicine appointment is a great way to have your skin conditions assessed and questions answered by Dr. Bank. In many cases, he is able to diagnose the skin condition, create a treatment plan, and prescribe any necessary medications. If your situation requires an in-office visit, Dr. Bank will discuss the next steps with you.
What To Expect
It's easier than you might think. It's simple, private, and HIPAA compliant. Your sessions are anonymous, and none of your information is stored. You just need a need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a microphone that supports video conferencing.
