Meet the Physicians at the Center For Dermatology

The physicians at The Center For Dermatology specialize in adult and pediatric dermatology and all types of plastic and reconstructive surgery for the face and body. We also offer many cosmetic procedures including tumescent liposuction, laser treatment for wrinkles, stretchmarks, scars and brown spots, Botox injections, fat transfer therapy, collagen injections, treatment of leg veins, glycolic and amino fruit acid peels, Dermapeel microdermabrasion, Lightsheer Diode laser hair removal, V-Beam laser for broken blood vessels and rosacea, and plastic surgical procedures of the face and body.

  • Dr. David Bank received his Bachelor’s degree with honors from Yale University. He received his medical degree from Columbia University and interned in internal medicine at Montefiore Hospital. He returned to Columbia University/Presbyterian Hospital for his dermatology training and has remained on the faculty since that time.

  • Dr. Stephanie S. Tseng received her Bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Brown University. She received her medical degree from NYU School of Medicine and interned in internal medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital. She completed her Dermatology residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in NYC and has co-authored several dermatology articles and studies.

  • Dr. Matthew B. Quan received his Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and his medical Degree from Dartmouth College. He completed his dermatology residency at University of California, Davis and his Moh's Surgery fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital. He is an instructor in Moh's Surgery at Cornell Medical College.

  • Dr. Gary Tannenbaum received his Bachelors degree from Dartmouth College and his medical degree from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University. Dr. Tannenbaum interned and performed his residency at The Presbyterian Hospital of New York. His post-residency training includes a Visiting Fellowship in Critical Care Anesthesia at the Presbyterian Hospital and a Residency in General Vascular Surgery at New England Deaconess Hospital in Boston. Dr. Tannenbaum has published numerous articles on his medical expertise.

  • Dr. William B. Nolan a graduate from UCLA’s school of medicine. He completed his General Surgery and Plastic Surgery residency training at Stanford University, followed by a post-residency fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery at New York University. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has 25 years of experience in plastic surgery. From 1985 to 1997 he was the NYU Program Director for Cosmetic Surgery Training at Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital. He has trained hundreds of medical students, residents, and surgery fellows in plastic surgery. He received awards for teaching excellence while at New York University and Cornell University. From 1997 to 2005 he was on the surgical faculty at Cornell University in the Division of Plastic Surgery. He was Co-Director of the Cornell Aesthetic Laser Center and Director of the Hand Center. From 1985 to 2008 he has made professional teaching films for the New York Plastic Surgery Foundation. He has produced over 100 professional teaching films in cosmetic surgery. Since 1980 Dr. Nolan has done volunteer work for children in Asia, Central America, and South America with the Interplast Surgery and Smile Train organizations.

  • William Reed, RPA-C received his medical Masters degree with honors from Mercy College and is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. He finished his clinical preceptorship at Montefiore Medical Center, California Pacific Medical Center, and Post-graduate P.A. residency in medical and cosmetic dermatology. He is currently a preceptor in dermatology for PA students and medical residents. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Society for Dermatology Physician Assistants, the Skin Cancer Foundation, and National Speakers Faculty and Advisory Panel for dermatological diseases.

  • Dr. Francis Iacobellis graduated from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and performed his residency at Cornell University Medical College. He is currently a member of the Dermatology Faculty at New York Presbyterian Weill-Cornell Hospital. Dr. Iacobellis has special expertise in Geriatric Dermatology.
